Galway Airport is pleased to announce their new Spring/Summer flights schedule ‘New Horizons' with the addition of six new flights over its routes to London Luton, Manchester and Edinburgh. On the London Luton route there are now eighteen flights per week including three daily flights on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays starting at 7.15am, followed by a new lunchtime flight at 2pm followed by the last flight at 6.45pm.Plenty of choice for either business or pleasure. On the other days there are twice daily flights. Passengers on this route are using London Luton to connect onwards to places like Dubai, Genoa, Lisbon, Madrid, New York Sydney, Zurich....
For Manchester you have a choice of nine weekly flights with double daily flights on Fridays and Sundays - so getting to that home Man U match is a doddle from Galway!!
There is also increased frequency on the Edinburgh route with 5 weekly flights so getting to Edinburgh for that weekend break has never been easier.
Also did you know that 40+% of passengers flying to Dublin from Galway on its four daily flights, are connecting onwards to many worldwide destinations including Amsterdam, Atlanta, Barcelona, Brussels, Chicago, Frankfurt, Geneva, Kuwait, Los Angeles, Moscow, New York, Toronto.....
Our 4 daily Dublin flights depart Galway at 0625, 0735 (new time), 1425 and 1715 so giving you plenty of choice for that day return business trip or a bit of shopping or simply visiting family and friends.
The return flights to Galway from Dublin depart at 0850 (new time),1305,1830 and 2245 (new time) - the slightly later last flight at 2245 will ‘catch' some extra inbound flights into Dublin for people that wish to then get back to Galway eg; Brussels
To top off all this connectivity choice you also have access to the Etihad Airways network via the Aer Arann link up on the Dublin flights. Etihad has recently increased its flights to Dublin to ten per week and these additional services will provide travellers from Galway with great access to sixty destinations in the Middle East, North America, Australia, Africa and Asia through its Abu Dhabi base.
