Customer Services Staff

Galway Airport is looking for team players with good people skills to undertake a rewarding and challenging role as Customer Services representatives.

The successful candidates will have a demonstrable track record in a busy customer services environment.

Key Skills and Competencies required:

  • A professional manner and a commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • Previous experience in Customer Services particularly within the retail trade

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Flexibility with working hours - must be available to work shift patterns including weekends

  • Competency in the English language (spoken and written)


Airport or Airline experience is a definite advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
