Cheltenham Festival, now established in a four day format, attracts the best steeplechasers and hurdlers from across Britain, Ireland and Europe to compete for a record £3m in prize money in the most dramatic Cotswold setting.
In 2009, Kauto Star made history by adding to his 2007 victory in the same race and will be bidding to join the immortals by winning the totesport Cheltenham Gold Cup for a third time this season.

Purchasing tickets in advance will save you money, but please be aware that you can simply walk up and buy tickets for all of the enclosures on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Friday being all ticket.
